FEATURES & BENEFITS
• Substrate Penetrating
• Low Viscosity
• Quick Cure / Re-coat Time
DIRECTION FOR USE
MIXING: EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 should not be diluted under any circumstances. The volume mixing ratio: 1 unit Part-A black liquid to 1 Part-B white liquid. EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 Part-B should be thoroughly mixed prior to combining to ensure a homogeneous material. The combined components should be thoroughly blended using a mechanical mixer at slow speed or for at least 5 minutes if mixed by hand.
APPLICATION: Remove all contaminants, oil and grease from substrate. EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 should be applied at the rate of 1 gallon (3.78L) (mixture of part-A & part-B)/300sq. ft. (27.87 m2). It can be applied using an airless sprayer, brush, or phenolic resin core roller. Allow EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 to become nearly tack free before applying the coating. Recommended surface temperature should be greater than 50C (10C). If EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 is allowed to dry completely, re-prime the surface before proceeding. EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 is sensitive to heat and moisture. Higher temperatures and/or high humidity will significantly accelerate the cure time and decrease pot life. Use caution in batch sizes and thickness of application. Low temperature and/or low humidity extend the cure time.
LIMITATIONS: This information is meant to be used as a general guideline only. Consult the project specification and your EVERROOF® Representative for specific installation procedures.
EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 is not UV stable and cannot withstand direct wear or abrasion. Containers that have been open must be mixed and used within 20 minutes. EVERROOF® PRIMER M80 is difficult to clean up after it has cured.
